Thank you for choosing MM Dream Lashes & Beauty LLC. Please review our policies carefully before booking. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. ✧ DEPOSITS A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are only valid for the original appointment date and time booked. ✧ RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. • Rescheduling 24+ hours before your appointment: Your deposit may be transferred one time toward a new appointment. • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment or same-day: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. ✧ CANCELLATIONS There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Appointments may be canceled online or by contacting us via text or Instagram. ✧ NO-SHOWS Clients who no-show without communication will no longer be allowed to book future appointments. ✧ ARRIVAL Please arrive on time and allow yourself enough time for parking and locating the studio. If you are running late, please text or call us as soon as possible. ✧ PAYMENT METHODS Cash is preferred. We also accept: • Debit/Credit Cards (+ processing fee) • Zelle • Apple Pay ✧ FILLS To qualify for a fill appointment: • 40–50% of your lashes must still be remaining • Anything past 3 weeks will be considered a full set We do not offer foreign fills (working over another artist’s work). A removal and new full set will be required. ✧ REFUNDS All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to offer corrections or a complimentary lash removal within a reasonable time frame. ✧ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Masks are optional • No extra guests or children allowed during appointments MM Dream Lashes & Beauty LLC is committed to providing high-quality products, services, and a luxury experience to every client.
