(Non-refundable) *Deposit goes towards service* Deposit is only valid for time and date booked once you book and send Deposit that means you have read and agreed to our policies listed ***Re-scheduling We require 24 hour notice to Reschedule appointment If you Reschedule prior to 24 hours of your appointment- your deposit is reusable for next appointment If you Reschedule less than 24 hours or on the day your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and you will need to send another deposit to re-book. ***Cancellation 10 min grace period (at 10 min your appointment is cancelled) If you Cancel (for any reason) less than 24 hrs before your appointment a new deposit is required to re-book. Cancellations can be made online or by contacting us through text or Instagram ***No-shows No-shows no communication will be banned from booking. ***Arrival Arrive on time, give yourself enough time to find our location and parking You need to be at our door at your appointment time Once you arrive ring the door bell If you’re running late to your appointment text or call to inform us ***Payment We prefer cash only but we also accept Debit/Credit Card + Card Fee, Zelle or Apple Pay ***Fills Fills- 40-50% lashes must be remaining to be considered a fill, otherwise you will be charged a full set. Anything passed 3 weeks is a full set No foreign fills- we do not work on top of previous artists work. (Removal + New set will be needed) All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with our work we are willing to fix/ do a free removal.
